This set is being sold as for parts or restoration. The best time is between 12:00 noon and 5:00 pm est. The wire coming from motor field is broke off and e-unit not wired to engine drum missing.
I will automatically ship it priority mail if the cost is same as parcel post. I did not take the whistle motor out to inspect it but see a stress crack on screw hole where brush plate attaches at one end. There is a whistle in it that missing the relay and bracket broke off.
