Sold as is, shown and described. Shipping weight in excess of 1 pound. Offered for your consideration is a vintage, assembled Scale Craft 1964. Rebuilt express reefer. Th brake shaft is missing, but a piece stiff brass rod included as replacement.
Serious buyers only please. Ask any questions before buying. The frame has a machined brake cylinder installed.
The body of car is very nicely detailed. Images are an integral part of the. Note especially the die cast ice hatches mounted on brass plates.
Original Scale Craft trucks with steel un-insulated wheel sets. Please carefully examine images to verify condition your full satisfaction. Mechanically, the reefer is in about very good or better condition.
Frame modified for k-d couplers. One die cast bolster and plastic. The remaining appliances can easily replaced with brass tubing or wood dowels. Cosmetically, original paint has been mostly removed in preparation for repainting.
