Winning bidder in USA pays flat 8. I checked the other flasher on the opposite side that you cannot see and it works correctly too. This is a lightly used item that has no box, but is otherwise complete, has its manual and has been bench tested and works great.

Photos 3,4 and 5 show the unit working with the red light changing from left to right. The Santa Fe lighted caboose was used to activate the crossing signals and is not included in this offer. A great fun operating accessory for your Lionel electric train layout and at a great price too.
