This is a vintage Lima model's N Scale 0345 S02 Passenger Car in dark green with black roof no livery, new old stock its open original box, manufactured Italy. Lima, the iconic Italian maker from Vicente active 1950s 2004 , produced these before shifting focus and eventually merging with other brands like Jivaro's.
